Альбера

Альбера – это восточный отрезок Пиренейской гряды длиной около 25 километров, который простирается от французской горы Пертус (Col du Perthus) до побережья Средиземного моря. Испанская часть Альберы в 1986 году получила статус заповедника: Paraje Natural de Interés Nacional. Площадь, охраняемая государством, составляет 4207 гектаров.

На территории Альберы находятся следующие городки округа Альт-Эмпорда (L’Alt Empordà): Кантальопс (Cantallops), Эсполья (Espolla), Рабос (Rabós), Льянса (Llançà), Ла-Жункера (La Jonquera), Колера (Colera), Портбоу (Portbou), Сан-Климент-Сасебас (Sant Climent Sescebes).

L’Albera is the eastern stretch of the Pyrenees ridge running for about 25 kilometres from the French mountain peak Col du Perthus to the Mediterranean coast. In 1986, the Spanish part of Albera earned the designation of a nature reserve (Paraje Natural de Interés Nacional)—the protected status covers 4207 hectares of land.

L’Albera houses many notable towns and municipalities of L’Alt Empordà, including Cantallops, Espolla, Rabós, Llançà, La Jonquera, Colera, Portbou, and Sant Climent Sescebes.
